Suburban Hazards

Dear SUV-drivers:

If you choose to try to make a left turn at a no-light busy intersection without a turn signal, do not get shirty with the girl on the bike if we end up playing the you-go-I-go game. I was raised in NYC, which follows maritime traffic rules: big wins.  You and your never-been-offroad monster are much bigger than me and my bike: wherever the hell you are going, GO, and get the fuck out of my way.

Seriously, I would have so much less trouble navigating around here if people would stop trying to be nice and just drive.

Oh, God, don't I know it. Look, you people in your big cars, I know your cars are big. And your whole trying to be nice by slowing down for the jay-walker schtick is NOT COOL. Just, you know, drive your big cars and let the rest of us get on with life, yeah?
