Listen up, muse -- it's my first semester of grad school and I'm about to get slammed by major group projects. Plus I'm enjoying having a proper social life for the first time in a while. This is NOT the year to decide that NaNoWriMo would be a good idea! Really, it's not! I don't care if the idea is cool. Or if you're helpfully providing an outline. Or if part of it already exists in short story form and could be incorporated into the rest -- which will be novel-sized all on it's own, tyvm! Next year. Or how about January? Y'know, winter break? Because really -- NO!

If anyone needs me, I'll be looking for NaNo icons.
